Guide · route fit
A route is a repeating visit in a postcode the business accepts.
This site does not publish drive times, pool counts or a map of “easy” suburbs. Those numbers were not found in a source we are willing to cite. The useful check is narrower.
- Postcode first. Accepted codes are 4212, 4211, 4218, 4220, 4226. A code outside that list is refused and not stored.
- Say whether the pool is at a house, above ground, or shared. Broadbeach’s census is almost entirely apartments. Helensvale’s is mostly separate houses. Those are dwelling counts, not pool counts, and they change who can authorise the work.
- Say the rhythm you want: a repeating visit, or a green-pool clean, or an equipment problem. A one-off is not a subscription.
- Say the volume only if you know it. One Platinum MagnaPool service is advertised for pools up to 60,000 litres. That cap is not printed on every card.
- Do not send the street address to this form. The business that eventually quotes can ask for it.
Platinum says it has worked on the Gold Coast since 2008 and publishes a Palm Beach street address with the postcode 4211. Australia Post’s result for 4211 does not list Palm Beach. It lists Nerang, Carrara, Pacific Pines and localities out to Beechmont and Numinbah Valley. Check the postcode rather than copying it off a footer. This site’s allowlist follows Australia Post, not that footer.
