Terms of service · version 2026-11-08-launch-1

Terms of service

Effective 8 November 2026. These terms adapt the launch-kit lead-marketplace module for SEQ Service Quotes. The software-subscription module does not apply: there is no software subscription to buy. No separate paid legal review was commissioned. Placeholders still to be filled: phone [contact phone not yet entered], payment processor [payment processor not yet connected], and the trading name [registered business name not yet entered]. The site address is https://pools.seqservicequotes.link. Browsing these pages does not create an account or a paid order.

1. Operator and scope

Nicholas Rossiter (sole trader), ABN 71 526 258 256, of Queensland 4213, publishes SEQ Service Quotes and supplies recurring pool maintenance, green-pool and equipment introductions on the listed Gold Coast postcodes via https://pools.seqservicequotes.link. The business name SEQ Service Quotes is not yet registered. The trading name on the legal record is [registered business name not yet entered]. Contact mjwr09@gmail.com or [contact phone not yet entered]. These terms, the privacy policy, and the provider terms on the businesses page are the agreement for using the site and, when a provider has agreed the pilot prices, for buying a lead. Privacy information is at the privacy policy on this site.

2. Eligibility

You must have authority to ask about the property or the business you name. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or send unlawful content. There are no customer accounts. We may refuse a request that fails validation, lacks referral consent, or sits outside the published postcodes. That refusal is not a forfeiture of some other service, because no other service is being sold to homeowners.

3. Lead introductions

We introduce a person to participating providers. We do not perform termite work, pool maintenance, roofing, or any other trade. We are not a licensed contractor. Provider identity, the fact we may be paid, and the maximum number of recipients are shown before you tick the referral box. The provider contracts with the customer, quotes the job, and is responsible for the work, subject to law. We do not guarantee lead volume, a won job, a provider being available, a pest-free result, a clean pool, a watertight roof, or any income. No licence or insurance check is claimed for any business until that check has actually been recorded. No business is recorded in the default database. Customer details are shared only within the referral consent and the privacy policy. Providers must not resell a lead or use it for unrelated marketing.

A shared lead may go to at most 2 providers and costs $12 AUD excluding GST. An exclusive lead goes to one provider and costs $20 AUD excluding GST. The running configuration routes shared leads, capped at 2. Exclusive routing applies only after a written agreement with that provider. Order of selection is internal id, not a quality ranking. A fee is charged only when the provider accepts the lead. Generating an enquiry, or holding one with nowhere to send it, is not a charge. There is no minimum volume and no promise of how many leads will arrive.

A provider may ask for a refund of the fee for an invalid lead within 7 days after delivery, by email to mjwr09@gmail.com with the lead reference and the reason. Invalid means one of: a duplicate of a lead already delivered to that provider; a postcode or service outside the published list; missing referral consent; phone and email both fail to connect; the request was for a different service; or the person says they did not authorise the enquiry. We will say yes or no and why. A refund does not limit any remedy Australian Consumer Law requires. Providers must not resell the details.

4. Prices and billing

Pilot prices are in Australian dollars. Prices are ex GST. No GST is charged because the business is not registered for GST. If that registration later changes, GST will be shown on the tax invoice and will not be folded into these ex-GST figures. There is no trial that converts into a subscription, no monthly renewal, and no automatic add-on. [payment processor not yet connected]. Card numbers are not collected on this site. A price change for future leads will be posted on the provider page before it applies. It does not change a lead already accepted at the old price.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A homeowner withdraws future sharing or marketing by emailing mjwr09@gmail.com. A provider stops taking leads by emailing the same address. We confirm the request. There is no account to cancel. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered for a lead the provider has accepted and that is not invalid under section 3. That sentence does not limit refunds or other remedies required by the Australian Consumer Law. If we charge a fee and then cannot deliver the introduction, we refund that fee. A wrong charge is investigated promptly.

6. Content and intellectual property

You keep what you submit. You give us only the right to store it, match it, and, with referral consent, send it to the named providers. We keep the site and the software, subject to their own licences. Submitting an enquiry is not permission to train a general-purpose model. Do not submit someone else’s content without authority.

7. Availability and stopping

We take reasonable care operating the site. There is no uptime guarantee. Planned maintenance will be noted where we can. If we stop the service without a breach by you, we will say how to ask for deletion of an enquiry we still hold. The privacy retention schedule still applies.

8. Rights that cannot be signed away

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. No blanket “no refunds”, no universal liability cap, and no unlimited indemnity is added here. A tighter commercial allocation would need its own review. It is not inserted by this template.

9. Disputes and law

Email mjwr09@gmail.com with what happened and what you want. We aim to answer within 30 days. These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights. You keep access to courts, tribunals and regulators that can hear the complaint. No clause requires a consumer to give up a statutory remedy.

10. Changes

A material change is posted on this page with a new version, before it applies to a new enquiry. Changing this page does not, by itself, authorise a new fee, a new disclosure, or marketing you did not tick. Version 2026-11-08-launch-1.
